Wood Crusher Machine can automaticly grind the wood into sawdust .Feed the materials inlet, first through blade, cut into grind room, mill under the impaction of high speed revolved hammer and reaction of blade cutting, though sieves wind power produced by inner wind leaves sent to outlet or outlay fan send to outlet.The size of finished material is determined by adjust the length of blade and the diameter size of sieve, so as to satisfy different requirement.
Introduction of wood crusher
1 Bigger capacity and the particle size can be adjusted. It can be designed according to the customers’ needs, making one of crusher to chipping or crushing, overcoming the shortcomings caused by fast feeding speed ,use big mouth to feed .
2 High automaton,just need one person or two person feed the big wood log or board in to the mouth then it can crusher automatically.
3 Chipper first and crusher second ,chipper can chip wood log or wood board to 15-35mm thick and 3-5cm long,which is ready to have a further crushing process by the next crusher ,the second crusher part will further crush the wood chips and finished size with 1-10mm.

1 The motor and rotor are installed in the same heavy-duty base, using coupling direct drive, rotor passes accurate dynamic balancing test, the hammers are arranged symmetrically.
2 Unique Feeding Design, the feeding inlet is made at the side of the device to make feeding easily.
3 The shell is welded by steel plate, the site in the crush room which connects to the materials all use the wearable and commutative parts and double wear plate.
4 Hammers adopts special abrasion resistent treatment technology, extend its lifetime greatly.
