Working principle
The working principle of CLP-0.9 cyclone collector is when dusty gas come into cyclone collector by air inlet,the linear motion of airflow becomes circular motion. Because of the current limiting of upper cover of outer cylinder and inner cylinder wall,the airflow is forced to do rotation motion from top and bottom. The airflow generates large centrifugal force when rotating. The dust particle is gradually thrown to the wall with the centrifugal force. The dust particle touched with wall lose inertia and fall down along the wall with the gravitation force.The dust is collected at the bottom of conical barrel and discharge by discharge
